Windham, CT
Windham was settled in 1686. It is an interesting town that encompasses both Willimantic which is somewhat like a small city, as well as more rural areas. Eastern Connecticut State University is located in Willimantic. Windham is 27.9 square miles and has a population of about 21,661.
